Non-Directive Coaching
Non-directive coaching is designed to help you gain the clarity, confidence, and courage to launch and lead a disciplemaking movement in your church, community, and beyond. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your current reality and preferred future. This involves discussing, discerning, and brainstorming options, opportunities, and obstacles relating to ministry, family, community, discipleship relationships, habits, rhythms of life, etc. Together we’ll explore, ask, reframe, brainstorm, listen, and pray through topics and tools in hopes of fostering clarity and action as it relates to your larger mission and vision.
For some, coaching through the process from A to Z is vital to navigating the terrain. For others, gaining clarity on obstacles and action steps, brainstorming sessions, goal-setting, personal-life/ministry-life balance, or any number of micro-topics related to launching a disciplemaking culture might be sought after for a short season in order to move forward in faith.
Wherever you’re at in the process, whether you have a team that’s already on board and engaged or a team that’s unsure and unable to move, non-directive coaching can be an invaluable unbiased, focused, faith-filled space for navigating the journey ahead.
